Completion of diploma in Medical Radiation Technology. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Medical Diagnostic and Therapeutic Technologists (ACMDTT). Completion of the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) certification. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:2 years previous mammography experience. Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license. The ability to lift supplies of at least 25lbs up a set of stairs.
Preferred Qualifications:Post graduate course(s) in mammography (e.g. CAMRT Mammo I and Mammo II). Specialty Certificate in Breast Imaging. CPR/Standard First Aid. Experience driving fleet vehicles; setup and shutdown of trailers.
