Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an Office Administration Diploma Program or Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with three to five years of varied and progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Previous experience mentoring and supporting peers, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative work culture. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and managing competing demands. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgement and resourcefulness. to identify practical solutions. Ability to work independently with minimal direction, take initiative, and remain self-directed while balancing multiple priorities. Demonstrated flexibility and resiliency to adapt to changing organizational priorities and demands. Demonstrated experience coordinating and chairing meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Familiar with collective agreements of and the Non-Union Exempt (NUEE) Terms and Conditions of Employment. Experience with quality improvement methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills.
