Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Two years recent experience working in an office environment is required. Previous staffing/scheduling office experience is required. Experience creating various types of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets are required. Advanced level computer skills including proficiency with MS Office [Outlook, Excel and Word] are required. Fluency with virtual platforms (MS Teams) is required. Solid understanding of Collective Agreements (UNA/AUPE) is required. Experienced with Payroll time entry Must be physically able to sit, stand and bend for long periods of time. Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to perform repetitive motions on a keyboard for long periods of time. Excellent written / oral communication skills are required. Effective interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and multi-tasking skills are required. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail with high level of accuracy. Note: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a computer-based skills assessment test. Only those who pass the test with a passing mark of 80% or higher will be contacted for an interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of TeleStaff or WFM is preferred. Knowledge of SharePoint is preferred. Experience within Edmonton Public Health is an asset. Must be self-motivated and able to set priorities, balance workload and meet deadlines. Ability to adapt in a busy and fast paced environment.
