Administrative Support III - Community Clinic
Your Opportunity:
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative skills, and knowledge, to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program. Familiarity and knowledge of Connect Care is essential as all bookings are managed through this electronic medical record. Clear effective communication skills are imperative to engage clients in their care as well as excellent time management skills. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or equivalent training requiring automated word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Minimum one-year related office experience. Excellent typing/word processing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Proficiency in Connect Care. A combination of experience and education may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Work with a variety of computer programs, in particular Microsoft Office. Function effectively within a dynamic work environment. Organize own work to meet pre-established deadlines, and to comply with staff schedules. Work with a variety of staff, maintaining harmonious, professional relationships.
